Most farmers who take their cows and goats to the mountains in the summer produce their own Alpkäse (Alpine cheese). This is probably the best cheese in the whole world! An additional attraction for tourists is that this cheese can be purchased from small huts in the mountains, 
each paying the indicated price without a salesperson or camera to watch.​
